Due to its close proximity to surrounding buildings, the proposed layout placed the development at an oblique angle to ensure an acceptable relationship with neighbouring properties with a minimum distance of 25 metres to guarantee that there was no overlooking.

We obtained planning permission for 12 apartments with associated parking and then, with planning, the site was sold to a local house builder.
