Located on the south side of Packet Boat Lane, Cowley, Uxbridge, this development was a 21,000 sq ft dilapidated office building for which we originally had planning permission approved for 32 units plus 6,500 sq ft of D1 and B1 use.

As the area had an oversupply of vacant office spaces, we decided to return to planning to change the use of the entire building to 41 residential units comprising a mix of studio, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments which was accepted and approved by the local Council.

This development was sold off-market to another Developer in 2014 who will be developing the site into 41 stylish, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments.
