ZEDHomes Land Requirements

Zed Homes are always looking for more sites to add to our land bank so that we can develop our community based, Low and Zero carbon Developments.

We are particularly interested in brownfield sites, with or without contamination, problematic sites, and sites with a difficult planning history. We will consider any size of plot in any part of the country, ideally without planning permission. However, greenfield and sites with planning permission may also be considered.

For the introduction of suitable land, a highly attractive commission scheme structure is offered on the successful purchase of the land.
