Dan Layton

Dan is our Project & Development Manager. He brings with him experience of the construction industry in both the public and private sector environments. Dan possesses particular knowledge of construction, economic development and regeneration issues as well as direct experience of varying construction (offsite volumetric/ modular) and procurement methods. Primarily, his role is to unlock value through the planning process and co-ordinate leading teams of professionals to achieve this and deliver completed developments consisting of commercial and residential schemes.

Ameeta Sharma

Following many years of senior management experience in marketing and HR, Ameeta has worked with Michael Shwartz for the past five years. Ameeta has been highly involved with the origination and development of ZEDHomes. She holds a wide ranging brief that includes marketing (from building and green transport proposals to advertising and promotion), logistics, procurement and recruitment.

Ameeta continues to be the company's main point of contact for local authorities, housing associations and the consultant team as well as the company's key spokesperson for the Zed philosophy.

Liora Briskin

The "real boss" of the business looks after the financial affairs of this company. Having been involved with ZEDHomes since its inception, she manages the finance of ZEDHomes and our other affiliated companies.

Ted Church

With his extensive knowledge of construction, and site management, Ted is responsible for all sites once acquired by us. In addition to our compliance with Health & Safety regulations, he is the first point of call on all maintenance, security and issues related to the management of site up to and including start of construction.

Ohad Lavi

Ohad joined ZEDHomes in mid 2007 bringing with him strong corporate experience gained in both Glaxo Smith Kline and Johnson & Johnson where he was involved in Sales & Marketing, Operations and corporate reorganisation. In his current role Ohad will lead the company’s restructuring plans and help accelerate the growth of the company to achieve the ambitious goals it has set out for the next few years.

Manu Joshi

Once a week, Manu joins Liora's department to assist on the accounting functions. When not at ZEDHomes, Manu is employed by Cansdales Chartered Accountants in Buckinghamshire.

Lydia Burdett

A recent geography graduate, Lydia brings with her a keen interest in environmental issues. As Project Co-ordinator, Lydia understands the ZED project priorities and liaises directly with our external consultant team. She is ultimately responsible for ensuring the smooth administrative running of the projects and provides full support to the project and development team.

Pallavi Joshi

Pallavi supports the Development and Project management team by providing an in-house Architectural / CAD service. Her architectural experience within the residential and commercial sector in England and abroad, means that she brings a unique flair to the ZEDHomes team.
