Michael Shwartz - Managing Director

Michael is an experienced Builder, Project Manager and Developer and has been involved with all aspects in the building industry since 1980.

Since 1980 he has been working throughout U.K., Europe, Middle East and the U.S.A., on a varied number of projects ranging from small to large housing developments, hotels, hospitals, army bases and very complex commercial projects requiring high civil engineering skills.

Michael can quickly evaluate potential projects, identify niches, and maximise densities.

Rafael Cohen - Finance Director

After graduating from Tel Aviv University in Economics, Rafi joined Bank Leumi where he worked in a number of departments and 4 years as head of Marketing for Leumicard Ltd - the Visa international franchisee in Israel.

In 1984, Rafi was sent to the bank's U.K. subsidiary where he served as the bank's Marketing Manager.

Since leaving the bank in December 1986, Rafi became involved in a variety of investments and development projects ranging from apartment blocks, hotels, medical premises to mixed use developments in Central London and its suburbs. In 2001, he purchased, with partners, a large development site in district 13 of Budapest where planning permission was obtained for 950 flats with a large commercial and retail element. The main areas of interest continue to be the purchase of large sites without planning consent, utilising the company's in house expertise to improve and achieve profitable changes of use, resulting in significant planning gains both in the U.K. and the continent.
